Winter's Howl is a weapon used by Freddy Coppertail in Tuckerzombies. This weapon is a type of freeze ray, hence the name "Winter's Howl". In the adventure, Freddy is seen freezing zombies with it. So far, Winter's Howl has only been seen in the Sewer area of Tuckerzombies.
