wings attached to his waste and arms so when he expands his arms his wings come out and he flies like a fliying squirel. He was left behind during the retreat of the 1989 chihuahua invaion he went if solo and became Falcon.
Falcon acts as not only a super-villain, but also as a terrorist. He often plans terrorist attacks on major landmarks of Catville and communicates with the Dreaded Chihuahua every few years.
