Catman is a superhero in the Tuckermeows. He has appeared in one adventure by Pat1196 called "Invasion". In this adventure, the Chihuahua leader dreams that he takes over catville city. There is a scene where he and Catman talk. The dialogue implies that Catman and the Chihuahua leader have fought before. Since the chihuahuas are the main enemy of Catville, it would make sense that Catman would try to fight them.
